Section 355 IAC 7-2-15 - "Person" defined

Sec. 15.

"Person", as defined in IC 15-16-2-17, means:

(1) an individual;

(2) a partnership;

(3) an association;

(4) a firm;

(5) a limited liability company; or

(6) a corporation.
