Sec. 1.
(a) Dry bulk pesticide shall be kept in storage containers effectively designed and constructed to hold dry pesticide. Storage containers shall be constructed of materials that are compatible with the pesticide being stored and resistant to corrosion, puncture, or cracking, and shall be maintained in a good state of repair.
