Sec. 3.
(a) The floor of secondary containment shall be designed to be impermeable and constructed of concrete, steel, or other materials approved by the manufacturer of the pesticide product being stored within the secondary containment.(b) Floors shall be designed to withstand foreseeable loading conditions, including a full hydrostatic head of discharged fluid and static loads of storage containers, including appurtenances, equipment, and contents.
