Section 355 IAC 5-1-4 - "Dry bulk pesticide" defined

Sec. 4.

"Dry bulk pesticide" means pesticide in an undivided quantity exceeding one hundred (100) pounds that is in solid form prior to any application or mixing for application and includes formulations, such as dusts, wettable powders, dry flowable powders, and granules.
