Sec. 3.
(a) A person must be a registered pesticide dealer to sell or distribute a restricted use pesticide into or within Indiana, except when the distribution is for resale by a restricted use pesticide dealer.(b) A registered pesticide dealer must keep and maintain a record for each transaction involving a restricted use pesticide for at least two (2) years from the date of distribution.
