Sec. 1.6.
"Community-wide mosquito abatement" means any pesticide product application activities, including mosquito adulticiding and larviciding, conducted wholly or in part on publicly accessible property. The term does not include pesticide product use activities performed for the control of mosquitoes solely on a single-family residence.
