Section 355 IAC 3-8-7 - Reinstallation of tanks; retesting

Sec. 7.

Tanks of such size as to require field fabrication shall be, when moved and reinstalled, reconstructed and reinspected in complete accordance with the code under which they were constructed. The tanks shall be subjected to a pressure retest, and, if rerating is necessary, the test shall be done in accordance with the applicable code procedures.
