Section 355 IAC 3-5-1 - Applicability

Sec. 1.

This rule applies specifically to systems mounted on trucks, semitrailers, and trailers (other than those covered under 355 IAC 3-6 and 355 IAC 3-7) used for the transportation of ammonia. All basic rules of 355 IAC 3-2 apply to this rule unless otherwise noted. Systems for tank trucks and trailers for transportation of anhydrous ammonia, in addition to complying with this rule, shall also comply with the requirements of the DOT and those of any other regulatory body that may apply.
