Section 355 IAC 3-1.5-34 - "Tool bar breakaway device" defined

Sec. 34.

"Tool bar breakaway device" means a safety disconnect device that is located on the tool bar and is designed to automatically uncouple and seal the liquid transfer hose from the tool bar in the event of a hitch failure during field-application.
