Section 355 IAC 2-3-10 - Labeling of storage containers

Sec. 10.

Every storage container shall be clearly and prominently labeled to identify its fertilizer contents as provided in IC 15-3-3-5[IC 15-3 was repealed by P.L. 2-2008, SECTION 83, effective July 1, 2008. See IC 15-16-2-32.] with the exception that net weight of contents shall not be required.
