Section 355 IAC 2-2-16 - "Storage facility" defined

Sec. 16.

As used in this article, "storage facility" means a location at which:

(1) fluid bulk fertilizer in undivided quantities in excess of:

(A) two thousand five hundred (2,500) gallons; or

(B) seven thousand five hundred (7,500) gallons total (3 × 2,500 gallon vessels); or

(2) dry bulk fertilizer in undivided quantities exceeding twelve (12) tons; is held in storage.
