Sec. 15.
TRF may accept member name changes from the member's employer on behalf of the member for administration of TRF business in a form and manner prescribed by TRF that includes a certification from the employer that the name change has been verified by the employer and supported with a copy of a marriage certificate, divorce decree, or other court order filed with the employer.
