Section 35 IAC 14-2-13 - Overpayment of benefits

Sec. 13.

If a member, survivor, or beneficiary receives an overpayment of retirement benefits due to an administrative error, failure to inform the fund of reemployment, or any other reason, the member, survivor, or beneficiary has an obligation to repay the erroneous payments to the fund.
