Section 35 IAC 14-1-8 - "Earns" defined

Authority: IC 5-10.5-4-2

Affected: IC 5-10.2-4-8

Sec. 8.

"Earns" means:

(1) income;

(2) salary;

(3) money;

(4) wages; or

(5) fees;

accrued for the performance of services whether or not the remuneration has been paid.
