Section 35 IAC 14-1-18 - "Qualified spouse" defined

Sec. 18.

"Qualified spouse" refers to a current spouse who was married to a member for at least two (2) years at the time of the member's death in service or while eligible to receive retirement or disability retirement but before applying for those benefits.
