Section 35 IAC 1.3-3-3 - Reinstatement

Sec. 3.

A member whose service is involuntarily terminated and who is later reinstated as a result of a court determination and order or administrative final determination and order may be eligible for employer and employee contributions as provided in the court determination and order or administrative final determination and order.
