Section 35 IAC 1.2-5-10 - Designated dependent beneficiary

Sec. 10.

If member was married for less than two (2) years at the time of his death, the surviving spouse may qualify for monthly benefits as a "designated dependent beneficiary" if the spouse can prove dependency under Social Security guidelines and was so designated for at least six (6) months.
