Section 35 IAC 1.2-4-8 - Prosecuting attorneys' retirement fund death benefit calculation

Sec. 8.

The death benefit payable to the surviving spouse of a member of the prosecuting attorneys' retirement fund under IC 33-39-7-19 is an annual benefit, payable in monthly installments.
