Section 35 IAC 1.2-1-3 - General powers

Sec. 3.

The board may employ investment managers, custodians, and investment consultants to carry out the powers and duties of the fund. The executive director may employ all necessary employees, auditors, technical experts, legal counsel, and other service providers to carry out the powers and duties of the fund.
