Section 345 IAC 7-8-7 - Ear marks

Sec. 7.

Owners of livestock wishing to use ear marks or notches in addition to a recorded brand may so notify the state veterinarian in writing, and the marks or notches will be listed in the state recorded livestock brand book. However, ear marks or notches listed in the state brand book shall only appear there as a courtesy to the owners of recorded livestock brands.
