Section 345 IAC 5-3-4 - Certificates of veterinary inspection

Sec. 4.

Certificates of veterinary inspection required under this article shall meet the requirements in 345 IAC 1-1.5-2 and contain the following additional information:

(1) An indication whether the animal is or is not a:

(A) scrapie-positive;

(B) suspect;

(C) high-risk; or

(D) exposed;

animal.

(2) An indication of whether the animal originated in:

(A) an infected;

(B) a source;

(C) an exposed; or

(D) a noncompliant;

flock.
