Section 345 IAC 5-2-34 - "Official genotype test" defined

Sec. 34.

"Official genotype test" means a test to determine the genotype of a live or dead animal that meets the following requirements:

(1) The test has been approved by the state veterinarian.

(2) The test is run on samples that have been collected by a licensed and accredited veterinarian or state or federal official.

(3) The test is run in an approved laboratory.
