Section 345 IAC 5-2-30 - "Moved directly" defined

Sec. 30.

"Moved directly" means moved without stopping or unloading at livestock assembly points of any type. Animals moved directly may be unloaded from the means of conveyance while en route only:

(1) with permission of the state veterinarian; and

(2) if the animals are isolated from all other animals other than those in the same shipment.
