Sec. 18.
"Flock of origin" means the following:
(1) For male animals, the flock of birth.(2) For female animals, the flock in which the animal:(A) most recently resided; and(B) was born, gave birth, or resided during lambing.The state veterinarian shall determine an animal's flock of origin based on the physical presence of the animal in a herd, the presence of official identification on the animal, other identification on the animal, and other evidence suggesting the animal's origin.
