Sec. 9.
No swine may be removed from quarantined premises except on written permission of the Indiana State Veterinarian. Apparently healthy swine not known to be infected with Brucellosis may be removed from quarantined premises for immediate slaughter on a written permit issued by the State Veterinarian.
