Section 345 IAC 2.5-5-5 - Classification of cervids tested

Sec. 5.

Cervids tested for tuberculosis shall be classified according to the provisions in 9 CFR 77.33 through 9 CFR 77.34, which are incorporated by reference into this rule. The state veterinarian shall determine final tuberculosis classification of any animal or herd.
