Section 345 IAC 2.5-1-6 - "Approved slaughtering establishment" or "slaughtering establishment" defined

Sec. 6.

"Approved slaughtering establishment" or "slaughtering establishment" means a slaughtering establishment that is operating under the Federal Meat Inspection Act (21 U.S.C. 601 et seq.) or the Indiana Meat and Poultry Inspection Act (IC 15-17-5).
