Section 345 IAC 2.5-1-25 - "Individual herd plan" defined

Sec. 25.

"Individual herd plan" means a written disease management plan that is approved by the herd owner and the state veterinarian, in consultation with federal officials, and that contains disease management and herd management practices designed to eradicate tuberculosis from an affected herd while reducing human exposure to the disease.
