Section 345 IAC 2.5-1-21 - "Geographic separation" defined

Sec. 21.

"Geographic separation" means:

(1) a minimum of thirty (30) feet of separation;

(2) no common or shared handling facilities or equipment;

(3) no common watering or feeding equipment; and

(4) no common feed vehicles that enter the premises of herds of different status.
