Section 345 IAC 2.5-1-19 - "Designated tuberculosis epidemiologist" or "DTE" defined

Sec. 19.

"Designated tuberculosis epidemiologist" or "DTE" means a state or federal epidemiologist designated by the state veterinarian after consultation with the United States Department of Agriculture.
