Section 345 IAC 10-20-4 - Notification of detention to federal authorities

Sec. 4.

Within forty-eight (48) hours after the detention of any poultry or article pursuant to this article, an authorized representative of the board shall give oral or written notification of such detention to any federal authorities not connected with the inspection service having jurisdiction over such poultry or article.
