Section 345 IAC 1-1.1-2 - Purchase of Tuberculin or Brucella antigen

Sec. 2.

It shall be unlawful for any firm or corporation to purchase, receive, possess or cause to be imported any Tuberculin or Brucella antigen into Indiana from any other state for the purpose of sale or use in the state of Indiana, except as permitted in 345 IAC 1-1.1-1.
