Section 329 IAC 9-1-27.3 - "In-place closure" defined

Sec. 27.3.

" In-place closure" means a permanent closure where the UST is emptied and cleaned by removing all liquids and accumulated sludges, filled with an inert material, or closed in some other manner approved by the commissioner, but is not removed from the ground.
