Section 329 IAC 9-1-14.5 - "Corrective action" defined

Sec. 14.5.

"Corrective action" means action taken to minimize, contain, eliminate, remediate, mitigate, or clean up a release, including emergency measures taken as part of an initial response to the release under 329 IAC 9-5-2.
