Section 329 IAC 7.1-2-7 - "Maximum contamination level" or "MCL" defined

Sec. 7.

"Maximum contamination level" or "MCL" means the levels developed under Section 1412 of the Safe Drinking Water Act, codified under 40 CFR 141.
