Section 329 IAC 6.1-6-1 - Administrative appeal

Sec. 1.

An appeal of a determination shall be:

(1) in accordance with IC 4-21.5-3 and rules of the office of environmental adjudication; and

(2) made by filing a written petition for review with the office of environmental adjudication in accordance with IC 4-21.5-3. A copy of the petition shall be served on the commissioner concurrent with such filing.
