Section 329 IAC 6.1-2-2 - "Available to the public" defined

Sec. 2.

"Available to the public" means a public record, as defined by IC 5-14-3, but excluding public records described in 329 IAC 6.1-3-1(b), that the department shall furnish to any member of the public upon request, or may otherwise make public.
