Section 329 IAC 4.1-7-1 - Applicability

Sec. 1.

This rule applies to incinerators and high efficiency boilers that are required to be approved by the commissioner under 329 IAC 4.1-4-1, which incorporates 40 CFR 761.60 and 40 CFR 761.70 by reference.
