Section 329 IAC 4.1-2-5 - "Mobile facility" defined

Sec. 5.

"Mobile facility" means machinery, equipment, or vehicles that are used or intended to be used at more than one (1) location for the:

(1) separation;

(2) processing;

(3) recovery, as defined at 329 IAC 10-2-149; or

(4) treatment;

of PCBs in a material or waste containing PCBs.
