Section 329 IAC 4.1-13-1 - Disposal in MSWLF units or nonmunicipal solid waste landfill units

Sec. 1.

A person who disposes of waste containing or contaminated with PCBs in a MSWLF unit or a nonmunicipal solid waste landfill unit shall comply with all applicable requirements of:

(1) 40 CFR 761, Subpart D, as incorporated by reference at 329 IAC 4.1-4;
(2) 329 IAC 10; and
(3) this rule.
