Section 329 IAC 4.1-1-2 - Enforcement

Sec. 2.

This article shall be enforced under IC 13-14-2-6 or IC 13-30-3, or both. No date contained in the federal regulations incorporated by reference in this article shall be construed to allow or require retroactive enforcement of this article.
