Sec. 1.
(a) Except as provided in section 2 of this rule, persons that manage universal waste must comply with the requirements of 40 CFR 273 *, as amended by: (4) 84 FR 67217 through 84 FR 67220*.(b) For purposes of this article, a reference to any part of 40 CFR 273 means the version referenced in subsection (a).
