Sec. 4.
(a) Any information submitted to the state pursuant to this rule may be claimed as confidential by the submitter. Any such claim must be asserted at the time of submission. Claims of confidentiality must be made in compliance with the applicable portions of 329 IAC 6.1. If no claim is made at the time of submission, the state may make the information available to the public without further notice.
