Section 329 IAC 3.1-13-11 - Public comments and requests for public hearings

Sec. 11.

During the public comment period provided under section 10 of this rule, any interested person may submit written comments on the draft permit and may request a public hearing, if no public hearing has already been scheduled. A request for a public hearing shall be in writing and state the nature of the issues proposed to be raised in the public hearing. All comments shall be considered in making the decision and answered as provided in section 13 of this rule.
