Section 329 IAC 3.1-11.5-1 - Adoption of federal standards for owners and operators of hazardous waste facilities operating under a standardized permit

Sec. 1.

(a) Except as provided otherwise in section 2 of this rule, owners and operators of hazardous waste facilities operating under a standardized permit must comply with 40 CFR 267 *, as amended by:
(1) 81 FR 85728*; and
(2) 81 FR 85827*.
(b) For purposes of this article, a reference to any part of 40 CFR 267 means the version referenced in subsection (a).
