Sec. 1.
(a) The Indiana Environmental Stewardship Program and Comprehensive Local Environmental Action Network Community Challenge Program are voluntary performance based leadership programs that offer recognition, regulatory flexibility, and an opportunity to work directly with the department on innovative pilot projects for entities that consistently demonstrate environmental stewardship and make measurable efforts towards continual environmental improvement.
