Section 329 IAC 16-2-15 - "Electronic device refurbishing" defined

Sec. 15.

"Electronic device refurbishing" means any activity or process to repair or rebuild electronic device so that the electronic device can be:

(1) offered for resale or reuse; and

(2) used for its original intended purpose.
