Section 329 IAC 15-4-6 - Denial of certificate of registration

Sec. 6.

(a) The department may deny an application for a certificate of registration in accordance with IC 13-20-14-5(f).

(b) The department shall deny an application for a certificate of registration for failure to submit an application fee required under section 3 of this rule [sic, section 3 of this rule].
