Section 329 IAC 15-3-10 - Denial of certificate of registration

Sec. 10.

(a) The department may deny an application for a certificate of registration in accordance with IC 13-20-13-3(d).

(b) The department shall deny an application for a certificate of registration for failure to submit an application fee required under 329 IAC 15-3-4[sic, section 4 of this rule].
