Section 329 IAC 15-2-4.8 - "Mobile waste tire processing operation" defined

Sec. 4.8.

"Mobile waste tire processing operation" means an operation that processes waste tires at more than one (1) location on a temporary basis on property that is not owned, leased, or otherwise operated by the operation.
